Annual Subscriptions – everything you need to know:
- The Addington Residents' Association (ARA) relies on Voluntary Annual Subscriptions from its local Residents to help fund necessary activities
- The current rate of Annual Subscription is £5 per household
- The subscription is payable annually in April of each year
- Payment can be made at any time directly to the ARA Bank Account. The details are: A/C Name: Addington Residents Association. Sort: 40-35-40. A/C No. 81491253. Please give your name and address in the payment reference
- Alternatively, payment can be made by cash or cheque using the little brown envelopes distributed with the April Magazine
- If you are unsure whether you have already paid your subscription for the current year, please email the Treasurer at: 1palace@blueyonder.co.uk and he will let you know
- All paid-up residents are included in the Quarterly Prize Draw and have an equal chance of winning a cash prize. The prizes are: 1st Prize: £50. 2nd Prize: £30. 3rd Prize: £20
- The main running-cost of the ARA is the printing of 800 copies of its Quarterly Magazine, which are distributed to all households within its area as well as local libraries and shops. Other Income is received through Advertising in the Magazine
- The purpose of the ARA is “To ascertain the opinions of the Residents and to lay them before appropriate Authorities when desirable”. The ARA therefore requires additional funds to be able to meet certain costs where necessary on behalf of its Residents. And where local Planning Applications are involved, there may be legal costs incurred
